About Us

IDA Foundation is an independent social enterprise providing medicine and medical goods to healthcare organisations worldwide, at the best price possible. We distribute over 3000 different health products to customers and partners in over 130 countries. We work with international and local NGOs, large donor organisations, ministries of health and central medical stores, and smaller mission hospitals.

Headquartered in Amsterdam, we are a global organisation with 200 employees representing over 30 nationalities. We have offices in India, China and Nigeria, a warehouse in Dubai (UAE), as well as a global network of agents and distributors in over 30 countries. We pride ourselves on our professional, diverse and multicultural team, which is passionate about our mission.

In this dynamic environment, we are looking for a talented and impact-driven manager who can identify opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and drive sustainable growth while improving access to essential medicines and medical devices for people living with non-communicable diseases (NCDs).

You drive growth by identifying and prioritizing opportunities across countries, customer segments, access pathways, and product portfolios, while building on successful initiatives and partnerships. You bring a strong strategic perspective and translate complex challenges into practical solutions that deliver measurable impact. With an entrepreneurial mindset, you drive sustainable growth while balancing the bigger picture with effective execution.

In this role, you lead and coordinate cross-functional efforts across teams and departments, ensuring the right resources, capabilities, and processes are in place to achieve sustainable growth and continuous improvement initiatives. You work closely with colleagues across the organization, including supply chain and commercial teams, to maximize impact and deliver value to customers and patients. You have a strong affinity for health equity, global health, and the healthcare ecosystems in LMICs, and contribute to IDA's strategic priorities and new business opportunities that expand access to quality healthcare solutions worldwide.
